This coffee is grown in Huehuetenango, Guatemala and is 100% Organic as well as Fair Trade Certified. This shade grown coffee is grown under the cover of guava, plantain, and banana trees at an altitude of 1,650 meters above sea level. The farmers use a fully washed process and dry the beans on a patio.
