This coffee is grown in Jinotega, Nicaragua at 1,000 to 1,400 meters above sea leavel.  The family run cooperative uses a fully washed process and sun-dries the beans on patios.  Each farm in the coop operates on small 4 to 100 acre plots.  Established in 2013 they are proud to be certified Organic and Fair Trade.

 

Cupping Notes: Dark chocolate with a creamy mild almond finish.
