This coffee is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Cooperativa de produccion Tzeltal-Tzotzil, an organization operating in the northern part of Chiapas, Mexico.


This coffee is smooth and clean with a full body.  It is roasty, nutty, and balanced.  Little to no bitter.
