The Guatemala brews with a pleasantly bittersweet cocoa flavor. It has a rounded flavor profile and does well as a medium or dark roast. It is grown in Huehuetenango, Guatemala and is 100% Organic as well as Fair Trade Certified. This shade grown coffee is grown under the cover of guava, plantain, and banana trees at an altitude of 1,650 meters above sea level. The farmers use a fully washed process and dry the beans on a patio.
