This Medium Roast coffee is decaffeinated with the Royal Water Process which uses NO chemicals or solvents.  It is shade grown under guava, plantation & banana trees.  It has gentle acidity, and is a creamy mouthful with a full body. Guatemala Decaf is certified Organic and Fair Trade.
